What is maximum number of  installations permitted with  a single license of premiere Desktop version?

    You can install the program up to 3 times with the same licence.

    If I uninstall from one machine, does that reduce the number of installations - ie can I reinstall on another machine? 

    I understand there are separate limitations to the number of tax filings permitted. My question is specific to installations.

    No, the licence will only work for 3 installations total. Uninstalling will not give you an extra installation.
