Question Can I use a bank card to make payment?Yes you can if its a VISA and has the access code on the back and expiry date. NO ONE KNEW

I tried using the bank card before but it didn't work.  By complete accident I discovered it does work.  The local contact by phone didn't know I could.  Need better customer service and PLEASE POST your phone number so it's not a 30 minute Google search.
