Register purchased software?says open download file where is it?

purchased at costco as have for last few years.
SAYS:  1.visit turbotax,ca/download....
   2. Open the download file....(Where is it?   enter code when prompted.

    Usually the setup file goes into your download folder, or wherever you have set your browser to save downloads.

     

    You can also right click on the download link and then choose "Save As" to put the file wherever is convenient for you.
