Revenu QC is asking me to resubmit my taxes. Why did I have to pay for an upgraded package where they guarantee to help me after if now I can't get any help to refile?
During the Turbotax submission for 2021, I paid for the more expensive package which was said to provide assistance if ever there's a review. Turbotax's forms did not ask me to put the gains or losses for cryptocurrencies for 2021 in a separate line. So I had combined all of my losses and gains in the same total, and then used the overall capital losses to deduct from my previous years of capital gains. And now, I just received a letter from RevenueQC that I need to submit the cryptocurrencies on their own. How do I get assistance from Turbotax to make sure I adjust the correct lines in my taxes?
