Question

Session times out in the middle of filing,for no good reason,3 times in a row.Clearly a tech issue.Waste of my time.What to do?don't tell me "sign in to the right account

The app just pops "session timed out" right in the middle of process. When I sign back in, all progress is lost. I'm using updated Android.

    TurboTax will sign you out if it isn’t asked to connect to the server for a few minutes. You can get it to connect by moving forward or backward through the pages or choosing something from the left side menu like “Save” at the bottom.
