Where do I report the 500 dollars one time payment

You would enter the amount in box 205 on a T4A slip. Here’s how to do that in TurboTax Online:

Click on Find (magnifying glass) in the top right-hand corner. Type "T4A" in the box, then select "T4A Pension, Retirement, Annuity" from the list, and click “Go”.
Click the “Enter New T4A for [You Name]” button.
Scroll down until you reach the COVID Related Benefits section. Enter the amount for "One-time payment for older seniors" (Box 205) at the bottom of the page. Click on Done with T4A to save your information.
