A tax professional for Audit Defense has been working on my audit for some time. I have had to ask the CRA for an extension twice. They will not grant me a third. I am nearly out of time and the tax professional, despite working on this for nearly two months, will not respond to repeated requests for updates and status reports. How do I file a complaint or at the very least compel this "professional" to respond?
