Solved

This year we have a new box "15" for T4A's. That NUMBER is to be entered into the return, on the online version it is not a number. Why doesn't Turbo Tax use a number?

Turbo Tax is not applying the information in the same manner as the T4A. I have called, did not get a person who understood the issue.

    As per the CRA:

1:Not eligible to access any dental care insurance, or coverage of dental services of any kind

    2:Payee only

    3:Payee, spouse and dependent children

    4:Payee and their spouse

    5:Payee and their dependent children

    Thank you for choosing TurboTax.

We are aware of this issue, please note that box 15 has the dental insurance listed in order and therefore choose which one you need to enter. If you have number 2 listed you would choose Payee, our team is working hard on having this resolved at our next update.

    Thank you for choosing TurboTax.

Well this is the first time that there is acknowledgement of this issue. I have two T4A's, I have a 1 & a 3 (no #2). Now Turbo Tax doesn't even have to acknowledge which number is for which plan, just give a 0-3 numeral option to enter data. The information is on the T4A.
