Turbo Tax Canada will not install on Windows 10 Desktop. Error 2894 Loading riched20.dll

I cannot find out how to fix riched20.dll - if that is what the problem comes from.

Please try reinstalling the software using the download from our website here: https://turbotax.intuit.ca/tax/software/install. If you are still not able to resolve the problem, you can call our phone support team for more help. To talk to our phone support team, call 1-888-829-8608.

Spend over an hour on the phone with TurboTax.ca support, but they were not able to help, they suggested Microsoft might be able to help. Found this through Google.

Had this error trying to install TurboTax 2022 Found the solution on Microsoft. Here is the link to the help;
