Question

Turbo tax does not connect to CRA after I log in. How do I fix this?

    Hello @ldw666 thanks for letting us know about the issue you've encountered connecting with your CRA account.

     

    First I'll share out some information around getting your CRA My Account set-up in case there has been an issue there.

    Additionally, here's a link to what to do if your Auto-Fill My Return (AFR) doesn't work. Hopefully this should help you to fix the issue that you've encountered.
