Turbo Tax prompted me to sign into CRA My account. IT opened a new window, and I have successfully signed in. ..says "as soon as.. verify SIN" How/where do I verify it??

It says "As soon as you sign-in to your My Account and verify your SIN, we'll download any tax info available for you". I did sign it successfully, but the progress bar is not moving. IS it waiting for me to verify my SIN? How do I do this? Isn't that all part of signing in to My Account???
