TurboTax shows a balance due of $100.42. Do I make the payment to CRA before I submit the tax form? How do I make the payment?

As per the Canada Revenue Agency: Payment methods you can pay your amount immediately as seen in the CRA link or wait till your Notice of Assessment is received and there might be a bit of interest if paid after April 30, 2023. You can Netfile your return then pay the amount due as detailed in the CRA link.
