What do I do if my partner and I separated in 2022 and i have none of their income information (T4 Slips, etc)?

    Spousal information is only relevant in the context of the spousal amount and dependent credits. If neither of you claims a spousal amount and you do not have any dependents, you can proceed with your return without your partner's information.  You just have to make sure you don't claim the spousal amount.
