What is the 66.13 charge I am seeing on line 42800?

I am low income senior, so owe no federal or provincial taxes and have had no income tax deducted. My Balance owing should be zero, but line 42800 adds a tax of $66.13. So I owe $66.13. What is this?

    Line 42800 is Provincial or territorial tax, so you would want to review you provincial return to see why that amount is appearing.
