Business never launched and I would like to submit a 0 return as I had no expenses or revenue

Since your business is INC. you will need to file a 0 business return which unfortunately, we do not have in our TurboTax software. If you need assistance with TurboTax Business Incorporated or preparing your incorporated business tax return (T2), you can visit the Intuit Profile support site.
