What should I do if I have multiple T4 slips from one employer with different information on them?

Neither of the slips have any indication of being an amended slip. One of which, all of the amounts in each box are roughly half the amount in the same box on the other slip

If AMENDED is written on the slip, only enter the latest slip. If you have confirmed that the slips have not been amended, enter each slip individually. Upon completion of the first form, at the bottom of the page you have the option to "save and add another T4", where you will enter the amounts on the other form.
