Where do I claim immigration lawyer fees?

I had some immigration lawyers fees for my Permanent Residency process and want to check if those can be deducted.

    Most Legal fees paid for personal reasons are not tax deductible. Legal fees for immigration purposes are not indicated as tax deductible and therefore cannot be claimed on your income tax return.
