As per the TurboTax article: You can report tips and gratuities along with other income that does not appear on T4 slips on line 10400 of your tax return as other employment income.

If you are using a TurboTax Online product, please follow the steps below to report line 10400 in your tax.

    • Sign in to your return
    • Go to the Find icon (magnifying glass) at the top right corner to enter Tips, Gratuities, and Other Employment Income
    • Select Tips, Gratuities, and Other Employment Income then click on GO.
    • On that page (Other Employment Income Sources) you will see a box below your name to enter the amount for Tips, gratuities, or occasional earnings not reported on a tax slip from the payer
    •  This is where you will enter your Line 10400 amount also specify it below.
    • After that click Continue at the bottom to save your work.

For more information, please see the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) webpage: Line 10400 – Other employment income: Employment income not reported on a T4 slip

    Thank you for choosing TurboTax.
