Why am I being asked to pay more when product already purchased?

Asked to pay $42 for tax return. Activiation code purchased already

Did you go to turbotax.ca/activate to use your code before you started your returns? If you didn’t do this then your returns are not being done under your activation code, and so they will be charged per return.

Also, if your return was upgraded, or additional services were added to the return, then you will be charged the difference. If you are preparing your return together with a spouse, you will both be charged the same price.
