Why can't I netfile my husband's lump sum disability payment from last year?

I have always filed online, with splitting where allowed as he has a large amount of medical expenses. This year it says I have to paper file because of the lump sum payment?

    As per the CRA, you can't NETFILE a return if you are required to submit a statement of qualifying retroactive lump-sum payments (Form T1198).
