Why doesn't my self-employed income (loss) show on my return? Have I missed something?

According to my calls, the Income Summary screen should show income=$x,xxx.xx and cost of goods sold should=$xxx.xx. It shows 0 income and cost of goods = '.

    Are you using TurboTax Online?

    Are you Self-employed?

    Do you have a T4A slip with an amount on box 48?

    This summary, is it the detailed summary (at the top of the page), showing the lines of the T1 General?

    If you have a look at your detailed summary, do you have an amount on line 13500 or 13700?
