Question

Why is my old address used as my tax return address? On my profile it’s my new address. I can’t process my payment cause of that

    Uncheck the box next to "Use the address on my tax return" and you will be able to enter a different address.

     

    To change the address on your TurboTax account, log in to TurboTax Online, open a return and then select "Account Settings" from the bottom of the black left side menu. This will open another page for the Intuit Account Manager. There select " Personal info", then click on " Address" and you will be able to change your address.
