2022 tax data from the on-line version to the 2023 Desktop version

Since I can't import my 2022 tax data from the on-line version to the Desktop version. Can I  delete the Desktop version and then download the on-line version and use the same license code?   If not, what is a viable solution as I need the 2022 returns and don't want to start from scratch....too much carry over data.

The codes for TurboTax Online will not work with TurboTax Desktop & vice-versa. If you bought the wrong version, you can get a refund and then buy the one you need.

If you bought TurboTax Desktop from a 3rd party retailer (ex: Costco, Staples, Walmart), please use this form to get a refund: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/community/after-you-file-questions/help/how-do-i-get-a-refund-for-a-turbotax-product/00/873559
