My son and daughter-in-law got married this year (2022), they were previously living common law and I did individual returns for them both. This year I changed their marital status to married, but I'm not sure how to do a joint return for them. How do I get turbotax to do the carry forward amounts (RRSP deduction room etc.) for both of them once I put them on a joint return?
