How can I import the 2022 information to my 2023 download version on my new computer?

Are you importing from a 2022 Desktop/Download return also?

Yes, however I cannot find any tt Turbo Tax files because they are not on my new computer. I have saved 2022 pdf files only.

Unfortunately, TurboTax CD/Download can't open PDF file, it needs the .ttxx files. And since TurboTax CD/Download only saves to your computer and not our servers, we don't have copies of your return files. You would have to get them from your old computer and copy them to your new computer.
