How do I import CSV's?

I'm about to give up on TurboTax for wasting my entire day just to arrive to the point where I can't find any option to import CSV's for crypto trades. Why is Turbotax forcing us to pay when they dont even offer support? This is excruciating.

    Unfortunately, you can't import CSV or Excel files into TurboTax.
