Can I include the amount paid for title insurance for purchase of a new property under Moving expenses as well ? Line 21900

    Thank you for your question. 

    As per the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA)  Income Tax Folio S1-F3-C4, Moving Expenses, title insurance paid for the purchase of a new residence is not an eligible moving expense. Thus, it cannot be claimed under Line 21900-Moving Expenses.
