Yes, you can still make changes using REFILE.

@Jen210 Thank you for your response. I understand that I can use ReFILE to make changes. However, I am unable to find where to enter the foreign income before moving to Canada. Can you please guide me on where to find and enter this specific information in ReFILE?

Please complete RC151- and in section 6 it will ask for your past 2 years' income before becoming Canadian residents. You will need to enter the amounts in CAN currency.
