    Yes, you can typically claim renewal fees for your nursing license as an employment expense on your Canadian tax return, but only if your employer requires you to maintain the license and you don't receive reimbursement. You'll report this expense on Form T777, Statement of Employment Expenses, under the "Other expenses" line (9270). Make sure you met all the requirements.
