Can you use an overseas address while filing with turbo tax?

Yes, TurboTax does allow filling with a foreign address.

When you are on the “Contact Information” page, please answer “No” to the question “Is your mailing address outside Canada?”. Then you will be able to enter whatever you need for your address, as well as select a country.

Please note, that if your mailing address is outside of Canada, you won't be able to file your return using the Canada Agency Revenue (CRA)'s NETFILE service. Also, you will need to pay for your TurboTax return with a Canadian or US credit card or use our mobile app to pay through Apple Pay or Google Pay.
