How can I claim for Welcome Canada benefit using turbo tax, if I am filing tax for 2022 first time?

There is no credit or benefit known as the "welcome Canada benefit". You can contact Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) for the right name.

As a new Canadian, you may receive benefits or tax refunds. You are eligible for most of the same benefits as other Canadians, but you have to apply for these benefits and file your income tax return, (and your spouse’s if you have one).
