How can I optimize the Canada Caregiver Credit and apply it to the spouse with the lowest income?

Turbo Tax automatically applies the Canada Caregiver Credit to the higher earning spouse however we would like to apply it to the lower earning spouse.  How might we do that?

    Click on the "Review" section to see if they are listing the Caregiver Credit as a "warning" stating who is claiming the Caregiver Tax Credit. You can click on review and then "applies" to me.
