How do I enter personal expenses incurred that are claimable for a property that I have 50% ownership (not with my spouse) on turbotax.

It depends on what the expense is.

If you had a car that only you used for the rental business, you can click on “Add a Vehicle for [Your Name]” on the Motor Vehicle Expenses Summary to enter those expenses just for you.

If it was some other expense, you can enter it in the “Minus: Other expenses of the co-owner” box in the first part of the T776 Rental Expenses section.
