Question

I am an Indian studying in the US (F1 VISA) and interning in Canada. Am I eligible for the education credits/ tax credits in Canada. I am not a Canadian citizen/resident

I am in Canada just for the internship - 10 weeks and will go back to the states to finish school. Do I claim tax credits in Canada?

    No, you will not be able to claim any student credits. You are coming for employment and not as a student as you will be in Canada for work and you will be in Canada for less than 180 days.
