Question

I have entered the foreign taxes (US-Salary) paid and reflected as Foreign Tax Credit to nullify tax due, but left over did not reflect towards Provincial tax.Please help

Foreign tax paid is towards US Salary-W2. It has both Federal and State taxes paid in US. T2206 is not seeing it in Turbo Tax

Did you enter your income and taxes paid directly on the Foreign Tax Credit? If so, delete what you have put there, and enter the information on the Foreign Slip page instead. To do so in TurboTax Online:

Select Find (or the magnifying glass icon) from the top right
In the Find window, type in foreign and then choose “Foreign Income” from the list. Then click “Go”.
On the “Foreign Income - Summary” page, click “Enter New foreign income for [Your Name]”.
Input your information, then click “Continue” to save.
