Question

I’m a federal employee (DND) who worked outside of Canada last year for 6 months. On my tax filing this year do I claim that I was working outside of Canada?

    As a DND employee, you might be considered a Deemed Resident if you worked outside of Canada. You can contact the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and check with them.
