I'm not live with my Spouse in Canada, but still, do I need to put his information?

    Report your status as Married and the date the change to your marital status took place.

    Enter spouse'  SIN # as 000-000-000, non-resident not living in Canada.

    In the section that says - "Tell us more about "your spouse's name""

    Enter spouse's income as ZERO & Check NO to say you will not be claiming Spousal Credit for her.
