I was wondering how many year back we can claim something? For example, can I claim on these taxes something I paid for in 2022 and 2021?

I was wondering how many years back we can submit a claim for? For example, can I submit a claim in my 2023 taxes for something I paid for in 2022 and 2021?

    Usually, you would have to go back and adjust the return of the year when you should have claimed the expense, and then carry it forward if possible.
