If you are self-employed and working from home, do you claim repair and maintence expenses for business property or under home expenses or both?

    You would enter the expenses as home office expenses. But you can only claim the portion of expenses that related to the part of your home that you use to earn income. This Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) page has more information: Business-use-of-home expenses
