We moved to Finland in January and during our first months of living in Finland I was living off of my vacation pay that was paid out by my canadian employer to a canadian account. We own and rent out a property in Canada.

Yes, your vacation pay would be considered Canadian income, as you earned it while you were still working in Canada. This amount would be included on the T4 slip that you received from your employer, so you would just need to enter your slip to report the amount on your Canadian tax return.

This Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) website has more information on vacation pay: Annual vacations

    Thank you for choosing TurboTax.
