Question

My rental insurance starts on October 25. do I need to calculate using my 2022 and 2023 payment or can I just use the Oct 25 2023 amount for my 2023 taxes ?thank you

    When did you acquire the property?

    Are you claiming rental insurance as a tax deduction against your income?
