You can enter foreign income by clicking the “Find” button (magnifying glass 🔍) and searching for “foreign”. Then select “Foreign Income” from the list and click on the “Go” button. On the “Foreign Income - Summary” page, click on “Enter New Foreign Income for [Name]”.
