sale of principle property Disposition to a spouse or partner

    If you sold your Principal Residence, you'll be asked who you sold/disposed of the property too. If you didn't sell your property to a spouse or partner, you can just choose "other".

     

    Note: Your spouse/partner in this instance can also include your former spouse/partner only if the transfer of property was due to a marital relationship breakdown.
