What if I claimed the exemption for the sale of principle residence in 2021 and sold my next principle residence again in 2022. How do I avoid claiming same for 2022?

What if I claimed the exemption for the sale of principle residence in 2021 and sold again in 2022?

    If you sold your principal residence in 2022, then you have to report it. If the CRA contacts you regarding claiming the sale of your principal residence two years in a row, just explain your reasons to them.
