Why didn’t I get a t1135 when I indicated foreign income?

Despite indicating and inputting foreign income information on my tax return I did not get the opportunity to fill out a t1135 where can I find this form?

If you are using TurboTax online you will not see the T1135 - But when you answer the question in the profile section it will bring you to a page to where it will complete the form for you as you enter your information under foreign income. Once your return is completed you will the go to the review section and then the file section which is where it will ask if you want to file your return and below it will show the T1135 which will need to be filed separately.
