Why is there a lock beside the question about foreign property when I answered No to the question?

    A lock beside the question about foreign property indicates that you can fill it up using an upgraded version of the TurboTax. The questions about foreign property are locked in this version of TurboTax. If you answered no, it's ok to continue.
