Blank Screen when trying to add a 1099INT to amend a return

I have desktop version of turbotax. When I go to try to add a 1099INT, to amend my filing already accepted, when I click on the "add" button, the next screen is blank. I can't do anything. Ideas?

First, restart your computer.

Second, clear your cache and cookies.

Here's how to clear your cache.

Here's how to delete your cookies.

Then restart the TurboTax program and log back in and see if that worked.

Unfortunately that did not help. The return is now showing “edit” next to the income instead of “update” as well. But, still a blank screen after I try to add a new 1099IMT?
