Bug with estimated tax payments for Virginia non-resident form?

I'm filing a Federal form and state forms for NJ (resident) and Virginia (Non-resident).  I paid state estimated taxes to Virginia last year, and they are correctly entered on my federal form.  But TurboTax is not correctly carrying them into my Virginia state form.  As a result, it is trying to say I need to pay an underpayment penalty, but when I look at the forms in detail, I see there is no estimated tax reported.  This seems like a big bug that needs to be fixed, right? Is there a workaround?

    Follow these steps:

    1. Since you have Forms mode, go back into the Form 760
    2. Select the magnifying glass on line 20.
    3. This will take you to Tax Payments Worksheet.
    4. You can add the dates of your payment
    5. Add amounts

My federal is carrying to the state so it is not a problem in the program. Adding the information on this worksheet is not an override and will not cause any issues with filing.
