Calif/Oregon double taxation

I've been a full-time Oregon resident for ten years and I just got a 2022 tax bill from Calif.  Is it really true that Oregonians that have capital gains on Calif property are taxed by both states?

    Yes.  You would be taxed by both states, however, you since you are a resident of OR, you would need to file Schedule S with CA when you file your CA return to claim a credit for taxes paid to OR on that property.
