Can I get the 2023 depreciation schedule on my rental property?

It is not included in my tax returns.

Yes, you can access your entire return (including all forms, schedules, and worksheets) and download it to your computer as a PDF file to view or print. See How do I view, download, or print a prior-year tax return? Be sure to check the box for all forms, schedules, and worksheets in your return.

Look for the Depreciation and Amortization Report (not an IRS form).

Unfortunately, I am not seeing a box for "all forms, schedules, and worksheets." I do see there is a link to "Download .tax file" but I am unable to open it. If form 4562 is available in this link, which application do I need to download to use to open the file? Thanks for your help with this.

You can only download the .tax file with the installed program.

The all forms schedules and worksheets are available in the print center if you are using the online version. When you go to print, you should get a pop up asking what you would like to print.
